Failed delivery and returned to sender?

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absence of the customer or wrong shipping address, or customer refuses to collect the package, it will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. The shipping costs will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded. Read more about shipping.

 

Promotional codes/coupon/discount codes?

These are letters or numbers that the customer can enter into the promo box on the checkout page to obtain a discount on the current purchase. Only one code per order can be accepted.

 

eGift cards.

A gift card is a prepaid stored-value electronic money card, used as an alternative to cash for purchases within  a website.

How to track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive dynamic email notifications that include tracking information or number. You can live stream your order status just right in your mail box and follow changes in your order's processing step by step. Otherwise you can just log into your account and track your order.

 

Forgot password for my account?

On the sign in pop-up, click forgot password and follow the prompts to resolve the issue. Please contact us if you find difficulties in the process

 

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Track the order online. You’ll be able to follow your order if it was sent with a track-able service. To check this, all you need to is log into ‘My Account’ and view your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, contact our Customer Care Team via one of the below options:

Problem with my promo code!

1. Check you've entered the code correctly. You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces.
